Most development quotes are built on the scope you bring to them. If that scope misses an integration, a data flow or a compliance requirement, the quote can be precise and still wrong. The cost turns up later as change requests, rework and a launch date that keeps moving.
The Discovery Sprint tests the scope before anyone prices it. In our sprints, clients typically uncover between A$40,000 and A$100,000 in unnecessary costs, delays or architectural risks.
We’ll use it as a starting point and test it against what a general plan can’t see: your budget, your integrations and the rules that apply to your market.
